OUR STORY

Ugle Pty Ltd is a family owned, family run business incorporating Batavia Blast Works and Ugle Fabrications. Stan Ugle has an extensive background in the engineering industry throughout the Midwest region in light and heavy fabrication, mechanical fitting, project management and has used his knowledge and experience to for the development and growth of his business. Stan’s wife, Barbara Ugle, has managed accountancy for various companies across WA and brings her wealth of knowledge to her role as the Accounts and Administration Manager.

Ugle Pty Ltd is an entity with two separate businesses in Batavia Blast Works and Ugle Fabrications with both being run under the directorship of Stan and Barbara.

Our Vision

Our aim is to provide an efficient safe service to our clients and the community. Servicing clients across the Midwest and throughout the state with our knowledge across a broad horizon of sectors and readily available labour hire.

Safety

Both Batavia Blast Works and Ugle Fabrications have developed safety policies and management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees and clients alike. All employees working on client sites are inducted as required and follow safety regimes.

Batavia Blast Works has been applying industrial painting applications in the Midwest region for over thirty years. Since purchasing the company in 2011, Directors Stan and Barbara Ugle have successfully developed the commercial sector of the business, forming key relationships with industrial stakeholders across the state. With more than a one hundred year’s combined experience within the personnel and management sector of the company, the future direction is to ensure growth in the commercial sector continues, and the client’s needs are met.
